Mr. Smith is a member of various local, state and national business bankruptcy law sections, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Turnaround Management Association, Northwest Chapter (President 1999-2000; Board 1998-2002) and the Editorial Advisory Board, Journal of Corporate Renewal (2002-2005). Mr. Smith is a frequent lecturer and panel participant on commercial law and bankruptcy topics.
Danielle Wolfrom Githens is a partner in the Financial Transactions and Restructuring Group of Perkins Coie LLP. Ms. Githens graduated from Haverford College in 1994 and with Honors from the University of Washington School of Law, Order of the Coif, in 1999. Ms. Githens focuses her practice on the representation of secured creditors and borrowers in commercial and real estate financing transactions.
