Joel “Jay” A. Price, Jr. is a partner in the Lending and Real Estate Practice Groups of Burr & Forman LLP in Birmingham, Alabama. While Mr. Price represents clients in various real estate and other commercial transactions, his practice focuses primarily on representing national, regional and community lenders in loan transactions involving a wide range of commercial real estate projects, corporate lines of credit, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities as well as all types of personal property collateral. Mr. Price’s practice also involves advising creditors with defaulted commercial loans and in other commercial loan workout transactions.

Andrea L. Weed is an attorney in the Lending and Real Estate Practice Groups of Burr & Forman LLP in Birmingham, Alabama. Ms. Weed focuses her practice on facilitating commercial finance transactions across a range of markets and industries. While she primarily represents national lenders, she also represents business owners and landowners in general banking and real estate matters. Her practice also includes representing secured creditors in distressed debt situations and troubled asset management, handling loan restructurings, refinancings, foreclosures, receiverships and the disposition of bank-owned assets.
