Natalie H. Rees, Esquire, is an attorney who has practiced exclusively in family and juvenile law for over thirty-four years. She has sub-specialty practices in child abuse and neglect, adoption, gestational carrier, and donor egg. Ms. Rees was a full-time law professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law from 1978 to 1985, where she taught courses on: Family Law; Juvenile Law; Legal Research, Writing, and Analysis; Trial Advocacy; and, Appellate Advocacy. As a law professor, she also served as the Director of the Juvenile Law Clinic. Ms. Rees has continued teaching as an adjunct law professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law teaching a clinical Family Law Workshop and for University of Baltimore post-graduate programs teaching Family Law. She was recognized in Baltimore Magazine in 1995 as one of the top six family law litigators in Maryland.

Ms. Rees has served as a legal consultant to the Courts of Appeal of Maryland, Standing Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure, Family and Domestic Relations Subcommittee. She is the co-founder of, and attorney for, Family Building Center, Inc., a licensed child placement agency specializing in gestational carrier and donor egg procedures. Ms. Rees maintains law offices in Towson and Stevenson, Maryland.
