Sharon M. Menchyk is Special Counsel at Bowles Rice, LLP in the firm’s Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area office. Ms. Menchyk’s practice focuses primarily on commercial matters, including transactional and litigation matters for clients throughout Western Pennsylvania. Ms. Menchyk represents a broad range of clients in both state and federal courts, including representing creditors in bankruptcy reorganizations and liquidation cases. Ms. Menchyk is a member of the Bar of Pennsylvania as well as being admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Ms. Menchyk graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and was member and managing editor of the Journal of Law and Commerce.
