Paula D. Pace practices law in the St. Louis office of Bryan Cave LLP, an international law firm, in the Banking, Business and Public Finance Client Service Group. She practices in the area of lender representation and corporate finance. Her experience includes the structuring, negotiation, documentation and administration of all kinds of debt issues and credit facilities, including private placements, public issues, acquisition financing, structured finance, working capital, asset-based and bankruptcy debtor-in-possession. Ms. Pace has negotiated a number of derivative agreements on behalf of corporate clients. She has also counseled clients in connection with workouts, restructurings and bankruptcies. Ms. Pace’s securitization experience includes drafting and negotiation of nonconsolidation opinions.
Cheryl D. S. Walker also practices law in the St. Louis office of Bryan Cave LLP in the Banking, Business and Public Finance and Technology, Entrepreneurial & Commercial Practice Client Service Groups. She represents banking institutions, real estate developers and various business entities in a broad range of industries, including technology, manufacturing and telecommunications industries, to name a few. Ms. Walker’s loan transactions have been in the areas of private placements, working capital, asset-based and acquisition financing. She also counsels new and emerging businesses on issues related to business organization and operation. Additionally, she drafts and negotiates various commercial agreements. Ms. Walker, along with Ms. Pace, has conducted training seminars for Bryan Cave’s clients concerning Article 9 of the UCC.
