Mr. Refolo is past co-chair of commercial/corporate law section of the Worcester County Bar Association. Mr. Refolo also represents financial institutions and bank holding companies with acquisitions, mergers, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Refolo has lectured and written on a wide variety of topics. He graduated from the University of Virginia (B.A. 1988) and Columbus School of Law, The Catholic University of America (J.D. 1992).
