Taylor M. Norton, Esq., is an attorney with the law firm of LeBlanc Bland, P.L.L.C. Mr. Norton practices primarily in the areas of intellectual property, construction, real estate, and business organization. He is a registered patent attorney and an engineer, and is involved in the prosecution and protection of patents and trademarks for clients, while also handling a variety of matters pertaining to trade secrets, licensing, and franchising. His practice involves construction litigation, commercial and business transactions, and the organization, purchase, and sale of limited liability companies. Mr. Norton received his B.S. in Pure Mathematics from Louisiana State University - Baton Rouge; his M.S. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University; and his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law (with honors).
Christian N. Weiler, Esq., is an attorney with the law firm of Weiler & Rees, LLC. His practice includes all areas of tax law, estate and business planning, with an emphasis in tax controversy and tax litigation matters. He is a board certified tax law specialist certified by the Louisiana board of legal specialization. Mr. Weiler represents taxpayers before various Federal and State Courts in southern Louisiana, and routinely handles IRS audits and appeals, ERISA and pension matters, state and local tax matters, and tax collection matters. He received his B.S. in accounting from Louisiana State University; his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law; and his LL.M. in taxation from Southern Methodist University.
