Mr. Fisher practices in the areas of commercial finance and real estate. He has extensive experience in representing both financial institutions and borrowers in asset-based lending transactions. Mr. Fisher also represents clients in the acquisition, development, financing, construction and leasing of retail and entertainment properties. Mr. Fisher received his B.A. from the University of Minnesota (Minneapolis, Minnesota) and his J.D. from Hamline University (St. Paul, MN).
Jay E. Wheeler, Esq. is an Associate with the Kansas City, Missouri, office of the international law firm of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP. Mr. Wheeler practices in the areas of banking and real estate finance. Mr. Wheeler represents financial institutions and borrowers in a variety of lending transactions including asset-based loans and cash flow financings. Mr. Wheeler also represents banks and non-bank lenders in acquisition and construction transactions.
