Alan R. Seher, prominent Bay Area attorney, authors updated California Estate and Gift Tax Forms and Practice Manual.

Seher, Esq., a partner at the prestigious San Francisco law firm of Niesar & Vestal LLP, has taken over authorship of the California Estate and Gift Tax Planning Forms and Practice Manual. Mr. Seher is a Certified Specialist in Taxation by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization and his wide-ranging practice encompasses income, gift, and estate tax planning. He has also litigated numerous probate matters both at trial and on appeal.
