His practice focuses primarily on representing lenders in loan transactions involving a wide range of commercial real estate projects, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, as well as other types of collateral. Mr. Price served as a faculty member for the Alabama Bar Institute for Continuing Legal Education's 2000 Banking Law Seminar. Mr. Price received his undergraduate degree and law degree from Vanderbilt University. Mr. Price is a member of the American and Birmingham Bar Associations and the Alabama State Bar.
