A Team of Attorneys with Perkins Coie Write a Book on Revised Article 9 of Uniform Commercial Code in Washington

The book, written exclusively for practitioners in Washington, is to be published in March.

Baltimore M.D.- March 3, 2003. Attorneys, John S. Kaplan, Alan D. Smith, and Stacey Ravetta have collectively authored a book entitled Washington Secured Transactions Under Revised Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code: Forms and Practice Manual. The work, pertaining to the new rules associated with the revised article, is set to publish in March of 2003 and will be available through Data Trace Publishing Company.

Through extensive commentaries Washington Secured Transactions Under Revised Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code Forms and Practice Manual addresses the newly instituted regulations in a concise, clear manner.
